I have come to the conclusion, yet again, that I need to document everything that passes through my lips. I do have an organiser with a really cool program that I purchased here. But at the moment with my home internet connection still not connected, I find that my organiser is still perched on the desk. I also think it would be a good move to document my diet diary to the world for added accountability. I must add the Calorie King program is a little easier as I can input the calorie amount that I wish to comsume for the day and it will help me to meet it, and not exceed the limit. I can also document any exercise I do and it will deduct the calories from my total, and it has a comprehensive food data base. For $30 it really is a dieters best friend!
So lets start today:
Tuesday August 30
Meal 1: 1 x Wet Cappucino
Meal 2: Chicken noodle soup with roll
Meal 3: Steak, vegetables and mashed potatoe
and plenty of water, water and more water...
CalorieKing.com also has a fabulous food data base just in case you are curious to find out what exactly you are putting into your body?
Had a question for you about the CalorieKing program. Does it actually make a menu plan for you to follow to keep you with in the suggested calorie range. That is my struggle planning what I will eat each day to stay on a the healthy track. Appreciate your feedback.
