but have you ever heard of sleep laughing?
I haven't but I now know that it exists.
It was a normal Tuesday evening. I rushed home after work to study and tidy up the house. By 8.30pm Joel and I were having a casual meal while watching re-runs of Angel. I was asleep by 11pm.
Like I said, "A normal night"?
I don't even know what time it was but at some point during the early hours of the morning I was awoken by my own laughter! I am dead serious. Actually, it was my own laughter and Joel's voice "Faith, what are you doing? Your freaking me out!"
I recall that Joel kept asking me what I was laughing at? I vaguely remember telling Joel my dream in between fits of laughter. Hey, I'm not talking about a little giggle, I am talking about the kind of laughter that causes you to make piggy sounds, and causes tears to stream down your face.
I am having a little chuckle even just thinking about it. I awoke around 6am to probing questions and stares from my better half. I do remember the laughter but couldn't remember what the dream was about?
Apparently, I told Joel that I had dreamed about 'a cheerleader who was doing sommersaults, she fell and landed on a row of guitars'. I have no idea what this all means, or why it was so hilarious but I am sure there was probably more to it? Who can understand the mysteries of the human psyche?
I had that happen tome once that I can remember. I don't even remember what I was dreaming about, but I woke myself up laughing. It was actually kind of nice.

Call this a freak coincidence but the same thing happened to me last week. It was the first time it has ever happened to me.
